Rentlly only accesses transaction data from your bank account to identify rent payments. We look for incoming payments that match your tenant details. We don't access your account balance, personal information, or any other banking features. You maintain full control and can revoke access anytime.

Akahu is certified by all major NZ banks and uses the same security standards as your bank. They're audited regularly, use multi-factor authentication, and encrypt all data. Akahu never stores your banking passwords and provides read-only access, meaning no one can move your money.

Once you connect your bank account and add your tenants, Rentlly automatically monitors incoming transactions. When a payment matches a tenant's expected rent amount and payment reference, it's automatically recorded in your dashboard. You'll receive notifications if rent is late or if there are any issues.
